WHAT HAPPENS AT 1,000 STARS?
Something cool. It’s not life changing, but after months working on my >1,000 Flappy Bird score I realized I wanted some recognition of my achievement, and so 1000 Stars has one. It’s small, but it’s definitely there.
CAN YOU EVEN GET 1,000 STARS?
Yes, I think so. At time of writing nobody has achieved it, but earlier in development I wrote an AI program to play the game and verify that a score of 1,000 could be achieved. It scored over 1,000 most of the time using a not particularly clever algorithm, so yes 1,000 stars should be possible. I believe in you.
WHEN WILL JOURNEY OF 1000 STARS COME TO OTHER PLATFORMS?
1000 Stars currently compiles and runs on iOS, Android, and Windows, however I have not yet commenced work on leaderboard integration for platforms other than iOS. So, I dunno.

My fairly young son LOVES captain forever and tells all his friends about it. But he’s worried because randomly comments will pop up that say “damn it” or “that’s bullshit” and he doesn’t know who is talking to him. He’s not ignorant to curse words, but he’s concerned about his friends parents getting upset at him for suggesting it. He is playing the http://www.captainforever.com game. Is this multiplayer? Are their ways to chat? Or are these random comments generated when a player blows up another ship? Please let us know. Thanks.
I really enjoyed playing Journey to 1000 Stars but after I got the new iOS 11 update the game keeps crashing ;-; I don’t know how easy or difficult it would be to fix this but it would really make me and maybe a few others happy. Thanks for (maybe) reading this and I hope you can do something to fix the problem.
